Comments

The Commodity Bond 3 enables investors to obtain an overall yield - in relation to the issue price - of 35 % at the end of the term (December 2022), provided that during the observation period each of the three underlying commodities always quotes above the barrier of 59 % of the respective commodity's starting value. In this case the Commodity Bond 3 Guarantee Certificate will be redeemed at EUR 1,350.00 at the maturity date (maximum amount).

In case the barrier is violated by even merely one index, the capital guarantee applies and the certificate will be redeemed at the maturity date at 100 % of the nominal value.

The barrier has been touched by the Brent Crude Oil Future on April 21, 2020
